The 300-2000W High Power is the top of the range. It is water-cooled, rated for 24-hour non-stop work from -20°C to 50°C, and keeps full mobility at every power level. It is for heavy layers and large areas run across full shifts.
Key benefits
No substrate damage
Short pulses lift rust, paint, oil and oxide while the base material stays close to room temperature. Hardness, flatness and plating stay as they were.
No chemicals, no abrasives
Nothing to load before the shift and nothing to sweep up after it. No solvent smell, no grit in the guideways next door.
Layer control
Tune the settings to remove the topcoat and keep the primer, or clear oxide and keep the plating.
Long source life
The JPT source with Coherent diodes is rated for 100,000 working hours.
Best for / Not the best fit for
Best for
- Heavy layers and large areas on continuous shifts
- Hot or cold sites where water cooling holds the source steady
- Operations that measure output per shift rather than per job
Not the best fit for
- Precision small parts and thin layers: a 100-300 W model gives finer control
- Backpack or service-van portability: choose from the 100-500W models
Working formats and use
The 300-2000W High Power Handheld Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine uses a MOPA pulsed fiber source at 1064 nm. Pulse width and frequency are adjustable, so you set the machine to the substrate and the contaminant rather than the other way round. Rust, paint, oil, oxide, mould release agent and residue all respond to the same principle: each pulse lifts a thin layer and ends before heat travels into the metal below.
The operator holds the cleaning head and moves it over the work. A thin film of rust clears in one pass; a thick crust takes several. Always test a new material on an offcut first, and start at low power.
This is a Class 4 laser. Operators need eyewear and protective equipment matched to 1064 nm, and fume extraction at the work area. Follow your local laser safety rules.

What happens when you request a quote
Tell us the job
Material, contaminant, layer thickness, where the work happens and how many hours a week you expect to run.
Remote sample test
We run a 10-minute remote sample test on your material using our parameter library of 100,000+ entries.
Configuration and quote
We confirm the model, options, destination and delivery terms, then send a written quote. See warranty and support for what stands behind it.
Frequently asked questions
Will it damage my base material?
Each pulse ends before heat reaches the metal below, so damage appears only when power is set too high or the beam stays on one spot too long. Test on an offcut first.
Do I need to buy consumables?
There are no chemicals or abrasives. Routine upkeep includes protective lens replacement and maintenance hours; ask us for the service schedule for your model.
What warranty comes with it?
A 3+2 year warranty, where the extra 2 years cover the laser source, plus lifetime free remote support and software upgrades.
Can you test my material before I buy?
Yes. Send us a sample or photos and we run a 10-minute remote sample test.
Is the listed price final?
