What to send for a fast quote
The more we know about the job, the more precisely we can match a model.
- Material of the part (steel, aluminium, mould steel, wood, stone, plastic...)
- Contaminant to remove (rust, paint, oil, oxide, release agent...)
- Layer thickness, even a rough idea, with photos if possible
- Part size and shape
- Site or workshop: does the machine go to the part, or the part to the machine?
- Daily volume: how much area or how many parts per shift
- Destination country, so we can confirm shipping terms

Before you decide, see the result on your own part. We run a 10-minute remote sample test, using a process parameter library of 100,000+ entries.

Results depend on the material, the layer and the settings. Laser cleaning is a Class 4 laser process and needs 1064 nm eyewear and fume extraction in real use.
